I see that Hybrid is getting the new normal. You can work from home in some cases. Otherwise you need to be at office for work.
Is this a new trend? Do you use this model?

I can't work from home. Factory work. I don't see it in my job but it's probably in other jobs.

Hmm, it would only work for some people and some jobs...not everybody could do it.

I do like that hybrid / remote jobs are the new normal. I currently work full remote and it's nice to not have to worry about commuting or traffic, plus I can do some chores around the house when I have some downtime

I work from home only when the weather is really bad, otherwise I need to be in the office which is fine, since being in the work office keeps me focused. Also it seems like companies are pulling back on working from home these days.

I always 'work' from home.

I work in the office one day a week; for the rest of the week, I'm at home. Personally, I quite like it that way. I appreciate not having to commute, but I also appreciate the occasional change in scenery !
